WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will ship within 7 business days.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Items will arrive in a discreet box and will be delivered based on the carrier/s delivering your package.
Our standard shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx although regional carriers may be used. Shipping time is usually 2-12 business days to receive your item.
Orders can be tracked through the carrier site with the tracking number provided or by using our order tracker on the site menu. All apparel purchased through Neighbors Bud can be tracked with the tracking number provided in a follow up email after an order is submitted.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
In the very unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace the item for you at no cost. Please give us a call at 1-800-416-8580 within 72 hours of delivery. Take pictures of the packaging and the item and we will help you with the rest. Don't throw anything away until you speak with a representative.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT SEPARATED
DIFFERENT ARRIVAL TIMES?
We use several vendors which ship from different parts of the country. Depending on your location and size of your order your shipment may come separated. Other factors such as item quantity or carrier issues may also affect how and when you receive your order.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
We can ship to a p.o box via UPS. Fedex is currently unable to ship to p.o boxes. Select UPS as your carrier in order to ship to a p.o box.
